En estas publicaciones, el usuario puede participar o bien a trav\u00e9s de comentarios en el sitio web o bien a trav\u00e9s de compartir dichas publicaciones v\u00eda redes sociales (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Plus, Whatsapp, Telegram) o v\u00eda mail.<\/p> El usuario, una vez participado con algunas de estas acciones, se hace responsable de los comentarios y acciones realizadas por el mismo ITELLIGENT Information Technologies SL no se har\u00e1, responsable de los contenidos que libremente ha publicado un usuario tanto en los comentarios en el blog como las publicaciones compartidas en cada una de las v\u00edas citadas anteriormente. El usuario debe tener presente que sus publicaciones ser\u00e1n conocidas por otros usuarios o visitantes del sitio web, por lo que \u00e9l mismo es el principal responsable de su privacidad.<\/p> Asimismo, se proh\u00edbe expresamente cualquier publicaci\u00f3n en el sitio web que atenten o sean susceptibles de atentar contra la moral, la \u00e9tica, el buen gusto o el decoro, y\/o que infrinjan, violen o quebranten los derechos de propiedad intelectual o industrial, el derecho a la imagen o la Ley. En estos casos, ITELLIGENT Information Technologies SL se reserva el derecho a retirar de inmediato el contenido, pudiendo solicitar el bloqueo permanente del usuario.<\/p> REDES SOCIALES<\/strong><\/p> En cumplimiento de la Ley Org\u00e1nica 15\/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos de Car\u00e1cter Personal (LOPD) y la Ley 34\/2002, de 11 de julio, de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Informaci\u00f3n y de Comercio Electr\u00f3nico (LSSI-CE), ITELLIGENT Information Technologies SL informa a los usuarios, que ha procedido a crear un perfil en las Redes Sociales de Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube y Google Plus, con la finalidad principal de publicitar sus productos y servicios.<\/p> El usuario que disponga de un perfil en alguna de las citadas Redes Sociales y haya decidido unirse a la p\u00e1gina creada por ITELLIGENT Information Technologies SL, mostrando as\u00ed inter\u00e9s en la informaci\u00f3n que se publicite en cada Red Social. Al unirse a nuestra p\u00e1gina, nos facilita su consentimiento para el tratamiento de aquellos datos personales publicados en su perfil. El usuario puede acceder en todo momento a las pol\u00edticas de privacidad de la propia Red Social, as\u00ed como configurar su perfil para garantizar su privacidad.<\/p> ITELLIGENT Information Technologies SL tiene acceso y trata aquella informaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica del usuario, en especial, su nombre de contacto. Estos datos, s\u00f3lo son utilizados dentro de la propia Red Social. Publicaciones:<\/strong><\/p> El usuario que posea un perfil en alguna de las redes sociales citadas podr\u00e1 publicar en esta \u00faltima comentarios, enlaces, im\u00e1genes o fotograf\u00edas o cualquier otro tipo de contenido multimedia soportado por la Red Social as\u00ed como realizar alguna otra acci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de menciones, likes, retuits, recomendaciones, etc. El usuario, en todos los casos, debe ser el titular de los mismos, gozar de los derechos de autor y de propiedad intelectual o contar con el consentimiento de los terceros afectados.<\/p> Se proh\u00edbe expresamente cualquier publicaci\u00f3n u acci\u00f3n en la p\u00e1gina que atenten o sean susceptibles de atentar contra la moral, la \u00e9tica, el buen gusto o el decoro, y\/o que infrinjan, violen o quebranten los derechos de propiedad intelectual o industrial, el derecho a la imagen o la Ley.<\/p> En estos casos, ITELLIGENT Information Technologies SL se reserva el derecho a retirar de inmediato el contenido, pudiendo solicitar el bloqueo permanente del usuario. Las im\u00e1genes que puedan publicarse en la p\u00e1gina no ser\u00e1n almacenadas en ning\u00fan fichero por parte de ITELLIGENT Information Technologies SL, pero s\u00ed que permanecer\u00e1n en la Red Social que haya sido publicada por el mismo.<\/p> REDES SOCIALES. Concursos y promociones:<\/strong><\/p> ITELLIGENT Information Technologies SL se reserva el derecho a realizar concursos y promociones, en los que podr\u00e1 participar cualquier usuario que posea un perfil en la Red Social en la que se realice. Las bases de cada uno de ellos, cuando se utilice para ello la plataforma de la Red Social, ser\u00e1n publicadas en la misma o se facilitar\u00e1 una URL con las Bases Reguladoras del concurso o promoci\u00f3n, cumpliendo siempre con la LSSI-CE y con cualquier otra norma que le sea de aplicaci\u00f3n. La Red Social no patrocina, avala ni administra, de modo alguno, ninguna de nuestras promociones, ni est\u00e1 asociada a ninguna de ellas. ITELLIGENT Information Technologies SL se compromete que, en el caso que se haga uso de una empresa externa -no perteneciente a ITELLIGENT Information Technologies SL- para la gesti\u00f3n y divulgaci\u00f3n de alg\u00fan concurso o promoci\u00f3n, se notificar\u00e1 en las Bases Reguladores del mismo.<\/p> REDES SOCIALES. Publicidad:<\/strong><\/p> ITELLIGENT Information Technologies SL utilizar\u00e1 cada Red Social para publicitar sus productos y servicios, en todo caso, si decide tratar sus datos de contacto para realizar acciones directas de prospecci\u00f3n comercial, ser\u00e1\u0301 siempre, cumpliendo con las exigencias legales de la LOPD y de la LSSI-CE. No se considerar\u00e1 publicidad el hecho de recomendar a otros usuarios la p\u00e1gina de ITELLIGENT Information Technologies SL, sus productos\/servicios para que tambi\u00e9n ellos puedan disfrutar de las promociones o estar informados de su actividad.<\/p> RECOGIDA DE DATOS TRAS LA CONTRATACI\u00d3N DE LOS SERVICIOS DE ITELLIGENT<\/strong><\/p> En el momento de la aceptaci\u00f3n de las condiciones de contrataci\u00f3n de los servicios de ITELLIGENT Information Technologies SL, \u00e9sta precisar\u00e1 la recogida de unos datos b\u00e1sicos e imprescindibles para la prestaci\u00f3n de los servicios. Los mencionados datos son nombre y apellidos reales, domicilio, c\u00f3digo postal, localidad, CIF, pa\u00eds de residencia, un correo electr\u00f3nico v\u00e1lido, datos de la sociedad, CIF, as\u00ed como otra informaci\u00f3n que sea relevante a efecto contractuales sobre su persona y representaci\u00f3n. En cada momento, el usuario ser\u00e1 informado del car\u00e1cter necesario de la recogida de tales datos para la correcta gesti\u00f3n de la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios.<\/p> Asimismo, para la prestaci\u00f3n de los servicios, ITELLIGENT Information Technologies SL podr\u00e1 solicitar al usuario una serie de datos complementarios a trav\u00e9s de asistencia en persona o telef\u00f3nicamente, para lo que ser\u00e1 informado, en su momento, de la recogida y tratamiento de los mismos.<\/p> Para una mejor prestaci\u00f3n de servicios, usted autoriza a que ITELLIGENT Information Technologies SL tenga el derecho de verificar, investigar y\/o comprobar los datos proporcionados. Usted acepta que ITELLIGENT Information Technologies SL podr\u00e1 ver sus datos personales, cumpliendo con lo exigido en un procedimiento u orden judicial o en un proceso legal.
